Job summary

Grid Dynamics seeks a Senior Data Analyst to deliver high-value data solutions for a global payments/fintech leader. You will architect dashboards in PowerBI and Tableau, lead analytics initiatives, and collaborate with Belfast-based product owners to transform financial data into strategic insights.

You will mentor team members, drive AI-related analytics projects, and translate complex problems into KPI frameworks while ensuring data accuracy and end-to-end dashboard delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Advanced Analytics.
• Proven track record in Senior or Lead roles.
• Expert-level PowerBI and Tableau with advanced data modeling.
• Experience leading AI-driven analytics projects and cross-team collaboration.
• Excellent English communication with Belfast stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver complex dashboards using PowerBI/Tableau.
• Lead analytics initiatives within squad and collaborate with engineers.
• Drive AI analytics projects and integrate insights into dashboards.
• Translate financial domain problems into KPIs and recommendations.
• Own end-to-end dashboard lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Mentor team members and ensure data accuracy.
