For complex projects implemented for financial institutions, we are looking for a technical and analytical person who will act as a structured architect and support leaders in their daily work on the efficiency of delivery processes.

This role offers a high degree of operational and technical independence. Our focus here is building and maintaining the operational "engine" of the projects. This is an ideal position for someone who values substantive work, wants to have a real impact on data quality, and prefers delivering specific technological solutions over coordinating people or managing project policy.

Job Profile

• Technical Operations Catalyst: You act as the "technical engine" of the project. Your work takes place primarily behind the scenes, but its effects – in the form of a streamlined process and clean data – will be felt by the entire organization.
• Strategic PM Support: You are the Product Manager's key operational partner. While the PM creates the vision and priorities, you ensure that they are precisely, clearly, and automatically reflected in the systems (Jira/Azure DevOps).
• "Optimization‑First" Culture: This role is for a technical‑analytical individual who identifies inefficiencies where others see "normal." Your goal is to transform chaos into an orderly process.
• Autonomy and Standards: You have significant freedom in choosing automation and organization methods, simultaneously acting as a guardian of standards. You use assertiveness to effectively enforce work hygiene among all participants in the delivery process.
• Expertise without Politics: You focus on delivering robust operational and technological quality, without the burden of managing people or formal project management.

Your role

• Backlog structure and lifecycle management: Operational maintenance of advanced backlogs (Jira / Azure DevOps); ensuring item up‑to‑date, synchronizing statuses with teams, and ensuring smooth task flow.
• Workflow Optimization and Automation: Designing and implementing automation to support backlog work (automation rules, workflow, tool integrations), reporting errors, and initiating their remediation, striving to minimize manual work.
• Ensuring Operational Excellence: Defining and enforcing standards (DoR, DoD, prioritization consistency) and ensuring data hygiene (eliminating duplicates, field completeness, archiving).
• Technical Triage and Decomposition: Verifying the quality of issues (collecting missing input data, links, technical context) and supporting the breakdown of complex issues into smaller operational units, ready for team action.
• Providing Operational Analytics (Decision Support): Preparing summaries, dashboards and reports that provide an objective foundation for decision‑making by the Product Manager/Product Manager/Director. Ensuring full transparency in the area of risks and dependencies.
• Delivery process support: Structuring topics from an operational perspective, enabling teams to smoothly transition to the substantive analysis and implementation phase (without creating their own business analyses).
• Advanced work with operational data: Creating periodic reports, cross‑tabulations, and operational trend analyses using advanced spreadsheet functions (Excel/CSV).
• Low‑Code/No‑Code solution engineering: Independently creating and implementing scripts (e.g., PowerShell) and using AI tools to massively feed the backlog, update fields, and automate repetitive administrative tasks.
• Operational management support: Close collaboration allows the PM and Product Manager to be freed from technical and administrative issues and focused on strategic activities.

Who we are looking for

• IT Operations Expert: You understand the software development lifecycle and are comfortable in an IT environment.
• Agile Tools Power User: You have advanced knowledge of Jira or Azure DevOps (JQL, filters, bulk updates, workflow administration).

• Independent Technical Specialist: You can implement simple automations (scripts, AI, Power Automate) that truly simplify data management.

• Conscious professional: You understand the compliance requirements (information security, data anonymization) specific to the banking sector.

Would be nice to have

• Experience as a Scrum Master or working with the SAFe framework for at least 3 years.
• Experience in large, regulated organizations.
