Job summary

A software development company is seeking an experienced developer to design and develop solutions for the financial industry. This role involves leading a team of programmers, estimating new functionalities, and ensuring code quality. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 years of experience in software development, a strong grasp of Agile methodologies, and experience with .NET and SQL Server. Location Krakow | Bonarka Business Center | Remote or hybrid work

Contract type Employment contract, B2B

Your role:

• Designing and developing solutions based on .NET with SQL Server, both front-end (vue.js) and back-end.
• Working on building comprehensive systems dedicated to clients in the financial industry.
• Coordinating the work of a team of programmers (2-5 people).
• Estimating new functionalities and projects, taking into account functional and non-functional requirements.

You will fit well in a team if:

• You have at least 6 years of experience in delivering complete software solutions and at least 2 years of experience in organizing the work of other developers based on agile methodologies.
• You have experience in estimating new features and projects.
• You care about the quality of the code and solutions you produce. You believe that code without tests is bad code.
• You value collaboration and understand teamwork.
• You take responsibility for your work.
• You are problem-solving oriented.
• Your experience with Microsoft Azure would be a plus.
