Job summary

Correlation One seeks a dynamic Professional to own alumni engagement, automation, and data workflows across our global programs. You will shape communications, run multi-channel campaigns, and drive outcomes data from our warehouse into decisions.

A mix of writing, building automations, and AI-enhanced processes defines the role. You will work remotely, using tools like Google Apps Script, Slack, BigQuery, Tableau/Hex, and Recruit CRM to connect cohorts with coaches and employer partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in program operations, alumni relations, career services, community operations, or operations analytics.
• Strong SQL and hands-on experience with a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery preferred).
• Excellent written communication with a track record of actionable messaging.
• Ability to manage many concurrent workstreams across internal teams, coaches, and external partners.
• A builder's mindset: identify repetitive tasks and design scalable systems with documentation.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to real operations with human review.

Responsibilities

• Own the alumni communications calendar across Slack, email, SMS, and LinkedIn.
• Write and launch campaigns end-to-end: copy, segmentation, cadence, forms, and tracking.
• Manage the alumni Slack community and LinkedIn network, keeping spaces accurate.
• Run outcomes and profile-update campaigns to collect placement data and resumes.
• Partner with coaches on alumni stories to strengthen engagement.
• Design, build, and maintain automations to remove manual work.
• Build with Google Apps Script, Slack API, Connected Sheets, and no‑code tools.
• Engineer for reliability with test modes, logs, and safe‑failure paths.
• Write maintainer docs so others can run the systems.
• Own AI-powered steps in workflows, including resume review and prompts.
