Job summary

Correlation One seeks a Learning Designer to design engaging online training experiences for data and AI. You will develop content, activities, and assessments that are learner-centered and evidence-based, helping professionals from entry to executive levels apply data-driven decision making.

You will tailor curriculum for client needs, create slides and instructor guides, design interactive exercises, and produce workbooks and capstone guidelines while iterating based on feedback to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, design, business, or related field.
• Experience designing courses for adult learners and corporate training on data/AI topics.
• Strong written communication, copy editing, and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop slides and instructor guides for live online training programs focusing on data and AI.
• Customize curriculum by updating examples and case studies for client needs.
• Design interactive exercises and activities to engage learners and promote hands-on practices.
