Job summary

Citi's Custody Transaction Processing Team in Poland is seeking a Securities Analyst to process data updates, analyze reports, and update settings in the Aladdin platform originating from trading desks and external vendors, coordinating with Operations to ensure accurate data for clearance, settlement and investigations of client securities and derivatives.

The role covers NAM region, hours 16:00–24:00, and offers a hybrid working model (up to 2 days home per week) with a competitive base salary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience (static, data management, or transaction processing)
• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• Knowledge and experience of the Aladdin system would be beneficial
• Fundamental understanding of securities products, accounting, and regulatory policies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Process data updates and analyze reports for traders and aid in review of multiple securities products
• Create and modify setups to ensure transaction processing is executed and minimize risk
• Escalate processing issues to the appropriate team and collaborate on solutions
• Design and analyze moderately complex reports in line with leadership standards
• Ensure processes adhere to audit and control policies
• Assess risk in business decisions and uphold Citi's reputation and assets
