Job summary

Citi Poland is seeking a Securities Analyst to support the NAM region, processing data updates and maintaining high-quality data for clearance and settlement of client securities and derivatives. The role operates in a hybrid model with a 16:00–24:00 schedule and coordination with Operations Teams.

The position requires 1+ years of relevant experience, a degree in Business/Accounting/Finance, and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in data management or transaction processing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Knowledge of the Aladdin system is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process data updates and provide analytic input for traders.
• Analyze moderately complex reports to meet management requirements.
• Create and modify setups to ensure transaction processing by Client.
• Monitor and suggest solutions to errors to minimize risk.
• Escalate transaction processing issues and collaborate on solutions.
• Design and analyze moderately complex reports with leadership standards.
• Ensure processes adhere to audit and control policies.
• Assess risk in business decisions and safeguard Citi’s reputation.
