Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Poland is seeking a Securities Analyst to process data updates and support traders within the Aladdin platform.

You will ensure accurate data for clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives, coordinating with Operations Teams in a NAM region window (16:00–24:00). The role requires 1+ years of experience, a business/finance degree, knowledge of Aladdin is beneficial, and a strong grasp of securities and regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in data management or transaction processing.
• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Knowledge of the Aladdin system is a plus.
• Strong understanding of securities products, accounting, and regulatory policies.

Responsibilities

• Process data updates and provide analytic input for traders.
• Analyze moderately complex reports to meet management requirements.
• Create and modify setups to ensure transaction processing.
• Monitor errors and propose solutions to minimize risk.
• Escalate issues and collaborate on resolutions with the appropriate teams.
• Ensure adherence to audit and control policies.
