Job summary

crackerJCK is seeking an SEO & GEO Specialist to own organic growth from strategy to execution, focusing on Webflow-powered sites and AI-enabled visibility. This remote contractor role reports to the Founder and focuses on generating real leads through content, technical SEO, and credible digital PR.

You'll build and execute an SEO & GEO plan, optimize blog posts, track performance, and ensure attribution of every lead to organic search.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results.
• Familiar with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush.
• Strong understanding of technical and on-page SEO and schema markup.
• Experience with AI search visibility in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity.
• Hands-on with Webflow CMS without a developer.

Responsibilities

• Build and run our SEO and GEO strategy for the crackerJCK website (Webflow).
• Identify keywords and AI prompts to drive content plans.
• Optimize blog posts and pages for AI readability and citation.
• Earn high-quality backlinks and digital PR.
• Fix technical SEO issues in Webflow: indexing, redirects, speed, CMS.
• Track brand visibility in Google results and AI answers.
• Ensure leads attributed to organic and AI search are traced.
• Define a monthly scope and own it.
