Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced Coach for AI & Technology Awareness to support a client's organization. You will design and deliver coaching programs that translate AI concepts into practical learning for employees at all levels.

You will lead workshops, assess gaps, guide change management, and measure impact while staying current with AI advances. This role offers a global, collaborative environment and opportunities to influence digital transformation across projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or training roles.
• Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and current technology trends.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience designing training programs and change management.
