Job summary

Transition Technologies PSC Poland, Warsaw, seeks an AI Coach to drive adoption and effective use of AI across software engineering and DevOps teams. You will coach developers, engineers, architects, and leaders to govern and scale AI solutions throughout the SDLC.

You will design standards, measure outcomes, and enable value realization while staying aligned with governance, security, and responsible AI practices. Strong coaching and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role (Software Developer/DevOps/Platform Engineer/SRE/QA Automation).
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered engineering tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, M365 Copilot).
• Strong SDLC and DevOps understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption initiatives across software engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, QA and product teams.
• Coach engineers and leaders through training sessions and workshops on AI-powered tools.
• Mentor teams on effective prompts, AI workflows, and reusable AI solutions.
• Define governance, standards and KPIs for AI adoption and value realization.
• Measure ROI and report adoption progress to executives.
