Job summary

LTM in Krakow (Hybrid) is seeking an AI Tech Lead for a 6 months+ contract. The role requires deep expertise in Java, Web API development, and distributed system design.

You will translate nontechnical requirements into technical solutions and communicate with stakeholders at a presentation-ready level. We expect at least 7 years of professional experience, strong SDLC/CI/CD knowledge, and fluency with REST/HTTP, JSON/YAML, and frontend context HTML/CSS.

Description

• Technical Requirements MustHave
• Proficiency in Java and Web API development with a solid understanding of building and maintaining scalable secure and efficient backend services
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience
• Ability to talk with nontechnical stakeholders and translate functional requirements to a technical solution
• Ability to document and present the solution on the level of abstraction suitable for the audience C4 approach
• Fluency in reading discussing and assessing code in at least two of the following Java JavaScriptTypeScript Python
• Deep practical knowledge of modern SDLC methodologies Git workflows and CICD automation tools
• Thorough understanding of RESTHTTP semantics API contract formats JSONYAML and frontend context HTMLCSS
• Proven experience in distributed system architecture and highavailability design
