Job summary

LTM is expanding its GenAI initiatives in Poland through a Specialist Engineering role based in Kraków, hybrid arrangement. You will join CIB AI within CTO DATA, focusing on building data integration capabilities and microservices to support Generative AI experiences for colleagues and clients.

Working on data pipelines, agents sourcing data from multiple systems, and synchronized microservices, you will help unlock actionable insights while adhering to ethical AI practices and scalable,

Qualifications

• Experience designing data integration pipelines for GenAI or AI applications.
• Proficiency in Python and building microservices.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and data stores (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Create agents to source data from multiple systems.
• Develop data transfer pipelines for GenAI models.
• Build and synchronize microservices with GenAI solutions.

• CIB AI is a team within CTO DATA tasked with delivering worldclass Generative AI experiences to our colleagues and clients in an ethical and responsible manner The team is looking to expand its Data Integration team to allow more data to be utilised by Generative AI unlocking new insights enhancing decisionmaking processes and creating innovative solutions that drive efficiency and value for our colleagues clients and the broader organization This expansion will further enable us to leverage the full potential of Generative AI pushing the boundaries of whats possible and reinforcing our commitment to leadingedge technology and ethical AI practices
• Creation for Agents that will be sourcing data from various systems utilised by our GenAI models
• Creation of data transfer pipeline
• Creation of microservices that will be synchronized to overall GenAI solutions
