A leading AI solutions company in Wrocław is seeking a Tech Lead to design and deploy innovative AI systems. The ideal candidate has experience in LLMs and a passion for AI. This role offers a salary range of 14,000 – 18,000 PLN net and numerous perks including 26 paid days off and influence over the tech stack.

For the past 7 years, we’ve been building our own AI platform that supports all communication channels: voice assistants on websites, SIP-based voicebots, email automation, social media messengers, and business systems.

Our future Tech Lead:

• can roll up their sleeves, design a system, present it to the client, and rally the team around a shared goal
• isn’t fazed by a call with the CISO of a major bank
• works hands‑on, supports the team, and takes responsibility
• is proactive, creative, and always ready to test new ideas
• asks sharp questions, connects the dots, and follows through
• knows Generative AI is going to reshape the world and wants to be part of it, including things like RAG, model security, and context engineering

Which skills we’re after:

• experience working with LLMs, RAG, and matching solutions to real problems
• Frontend: Vue.js / TypeScript
• Databases: Elasticsearch, MySQL, Cloud Firestore
• “Vibe coder” mindset – proactive, fast, iterative, and thoughtful
• experience working with development teams and maintaining scalable architecture

Bonus points for experience with on‑premise deployments,familiarity with SIP protocol,ability to lead technical RFPs or procurement processes.

What you’ll be doing:

Your role combines three key areas

• designing and evolving scalable, AI‑first system architecture
• testing and deploying solutions involving LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and platform integration

Leadership (33%)

• building and managing technical documentation, overseeing code quality
• ensuring security in implemented solutions (including on‑prem environments)
• helping shape the product roadmap

handling technical documentation for RFPs, joining client calls (including with their IT & security teams)
