Job summary

LTM in Krakow, Poland, is seeking an AI Catalyst Lead for a 6-month hybrid contract. You will drive adoption of AI tooling, embed with engineering teams, and design enablement projects, workshops, and guides tailored to different engineering personas.

You will act as a hands-on partner, write real code alongside customer teams to demonstrate AI-assisted development, diagnose blockers, translate learnings into scalable playbooks, and collaborate with the platform team to prioritise improvements

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in software engineering or platform engineering.
• Experience with AI coding assistants in production contexts.
• Proven track record working across teams or as a technical lead.
• Experience designing enablement programmes or training for engineers.
• Fluency with modern development workflows and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AI tooling and embed with engineering teams.
• Design and deliver enablement projects, workshops, and self-serve guides for different engineering personas.
• Guide teams from initial setup to confident daily use and align adoption with metrics.
• Write real code with customer teams to demonstrate AI-assisted development patterns.
• Diagnose blockers to adoption and translate learnings into repeatable playbooks.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to prioritise platform improvements.

• Embed with engineering teams to understand their workflows identify where AI tooling aligned to standardised patterns and platforms add leverage and guide them from initial setup to confident daily use
• Design and deliver structured enablement projects workshops office hours selfserve guides tailored to different engineering personas backend frontend platform and testing
• Drive adoption aligned to metrics ensuring teams move from passive licence holders to active highvalue engineers delivering value back to the business
• Act as a handson technical partner
• Write real code alongside customer teams to demonstrate AIassisted development patterns in context not just in demos
• Diagnose and resolve blockers to adoption whether technical cultural or workflowrelated
• Translate early adopter learnings into repeatable playbooks that scale adoption across the organisation
• Help teams adopt AI tooling and standardise existing developer workflows CICD pipelines and control standards
• Serve as the voice of the developer back to the platforms team bringing structured
• insight about where tooling falls short what features would unlock the next level of
• value and whats creating unnecessary friction

Key Skills And Qualifications For This Role

• 6-10 years in software engineering developer experience platform engineering or a directly adjacent technical role
• Demonstrated experience with AI coding assistants eg Claude Code GitHub Copilot Cursor or similar in a professional and productionised context not just experimentation
• Track record of working across organisational boundaries either as an internal consultant DevEx engineer or technical lead embedded in multiple teams
• Experience designing and running enablement programmes or technical training for engineering audiences
• Fluency with modern development workflows version control CICD IDEs code review processes
