Job summary

OANDA Global Corporation is expanding its Marketing Team in Warsaw and seeks an AI SEO Specialist. You will bridge traditional SEO with AI-driven discovery, join a growing 2-person SEO team, and work in a hybrid model meeting in-office twice a week.

You will lead off-page SEO, manage outreach to financial publishers, and craft high-quality, AI-assisted content while upholding strong E-E-A-T standards. Experience with outreach tools and basic scripting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience acquiring high-quality backlinks via manual outreach and digital PR.
• Strong understanding of keyword intent, on-page optimization, backlink analysis and SERP dynamics.
• Experience using AI tools to draft content and workflows.
• Genuine interest in LLMs and Generative Search shaping SEO.

We are looking for a forward-thinking AI SEO Specialist to join our Warsaw team. You won't just be "doing SEO" - you will be bridging the gap between traditional search engines (Google, Bing) and the new era of AI-driven discovery (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini). As part of our global Marketing Department, you will join our currently 2-person SEO Team which we are expanding to support our growing digital footprint.

We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office 2 times a week with respect to your own commitments.

In this role, you will:

• Lead our off-page SEO efforts by securing high-authority backlinks in the Finance and Trading spaces, effortlessly distinguishing between valuable links (high topical relevance, genuine traffic, editorial integrity) and harmful ones (link farms, PBNs, AI-generated spam).
• Drive outreach and relationship management by pitching financial publishers, bloggers, and news outlets, building long-term partnerships for guest posts, resource placements, and digital PR.
• Execute an AI-enhanced content strategy by leveraging internal AI tools to research, outline, and produce high-quality, search-optimized content at pace while maintaining strong human E-E-A-T standards.
• Audit and optimize website infrastructure, managing site fundamentals such as meta tags, internal linking, and crawlability.
• Experiment with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure OANDA is actively cited across AI-generated summaries and LLM responses.

What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?

• Hands-on experience acquiring high-quality backlinks through manual outreach, relationship building, and content-led digital PR in reputable niches; impact matters more than years.
• Strong understanding of keyword intent, on-page optimization, backlink analysis, SERP dynamics, and basic web infrastructure (HTML, Schema, crawlability).
• Fluent English.
• Proven experience using AI tools and the ability to produce high-quality drafts rapidly using AI-assisted workflows.
• Genuine interest in how LLMs and Generative Search (GEO) are reshaping SEO, combined with the agility to master new tools quickly.

Nice to have:

• Experience with outreach automation platforms (e.g., Pitchbox, BuzzStream, Lemlist).
• Basic scripting skills (Python or JavaScript) for scraping, data analysis, or automating routine SEO tasks.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make.com).
