OANDA TMS Brokers S.A. in Warsaw is seeking an AI ASO Specialist to bridge traditional app store discovery with AI-driven recommendations. You will work within our global Marketing Department, joining a small team in a hybrid setup, meeting in the office about twice weekly.

You will lead AI-enhanced metadata creation, CRO, and off-page link-building to boost app store rankings and store authority, while leveraging AI tools for rapid, localized drafts.

• Hands-on experience acquiring quality backlinks to drive store authority.
• Strong understanding of keyword ranking algorithms and indexing mechanics for both Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).
• Practical knowledge of App Store Connect and Google Play Console, including deep-linking concepts (Universal Links, App Links).
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Execute an AI-enhanced metadata strategy by leveraging internal AI tools to research, test, and craft high-converting app titles, subtitles, and keyword-rich descriptions for both iOS and Android.
• Drive strategic off-page link building by securing high-quality backlinks for our app store listings and landing pages, distinguishing between authoritative traffic sources and low-quality link networks or spammy APK mirrors.
• Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) by auditing visual assets (icons, screenshots, preview videos) and running structured A/B tests via Apple Product Page Optimization and Google Play Store Listing Experiments.
• Pioneer App Engine Optimization (AEO) by experimenting with how mobile apps are indexed and cited across AI-generated search tools to ensure OANDA is recommended for intent-based user queries.

How do we work? Hello ASO Experts! We are looking for a forward-thinking AI ASO Specialist to join our Warsaw team. You won’t just be \"adjusting keywords\" - you will be bridging the gap between traditional App Store/Play Store discovery and the new era of AI-driven app recommendations. As part of our global Marketing Department, you will join our currently 2-person SEO & ASO Team which we are expanding to support our growing digital footprint. We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office 2 times a week with respect to your own commitments.

In this role, you will:

• Execute an AI-enhanced metadata strategy by leveraging internal AI tools to research, test, and craft high-converting app titles, subtitles, and keyword-rich descriptions for both iOS and Android.


• Drive strategic off-page link building by securing high-quality backlinks for our app store listings and landing pages, effortlessly distinguishing between authoritative traffic sources and low-quality link networks or spammy APK mirrors.


• Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) by auditing visual assets (icons, screenshots, preview videos) and running structured A/B tests via Apple Product Page Optimization and Google Play Store Listing Experiments.


• Pioneer App Engine Optimization (AEO) by experimenting with how mobile apps are indexed and cited across AI-generated search tools (Perplexity, Gemini, ChatGPT) to ensure OANDA is recommended for intent-based user queries.

What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?

• Hands-on experience acquiring quality backlinks to drive store authority and support web-to-app conversions; impact matters more than years.


• Strong understanding of keyword ranking algorithms and indexing mechanics for both Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).


• Practical knowledge of App Store Connect and Google Play Console, including deep-linking concepts (Universal Links, App Links).


• Fluent English.


• Proven experience using AI tools with the ability to rapidly produce optimized metadata and localized drafts via AI-assisted workflows.


• Genuine interest in how LLMs and NLP are reshaping app discovery, combined with the adaptability to respond quickly to algorithm updates and store policy changes.

Nice to have:

• Basic scripting skills (Python or JavaScript) to automate competitor keyword tracking, review scraping, or store data analysis.


• Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make.com) to streamline keyword monitoring or app-featuring alerts.
