Job summary

INFOLET SP. Z O.O. is seeking a software engineer to join a global platform engineering team focused on AI-powered solutions that boost operational efficiency and engineering productivity.

You will work with product teams to identify AI opportunities, build production-ready solutions, and integrate AI into enterprise platforms, designing scalable APIs and data connections.

Relocation is offered, and English and Polish proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience delivering production applications.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and operational metrics.
• Experience building scalable backend services and APIs.
• Fluent English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate AI use cases together with product teams.
• Build prototypes and transform them into production-ready solutions.
• Develop AI-powered services integrated with enterprise platforms.
• Design APIs and integrate with existing systems and data sources.
• Define KPIs and continuously improve delivered solutions.
• Contribute reusable engineering assets, templates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams in an Agile environment.
