Holisticon Connect, part of NEXER GROUP, seeks a highly experienced AI Scientist to lead an AI-driven Bio/Pharma research initiative focused on next-generation drug discovery and early-stage development in Poland. You will own end-to-end delivery, work mostly independently, and collaborate with scientific teams across small molecules and biologics.

The role supports full-time or part-time setups with a daily overlap requirement.

• Design and deliver AI solutions for Life Sciences and Pharma.
• Contribute to AI-driven drug discovery and early drug development.
• Build and deploy production-ready AI systems, agents, and scientific workflows.
• Apply Graph ML, knowledge graphs, and network biology to biomedical problems.
• Develop AI solutions for molecular modelling, biologics, and small molecule discovery.
• Collaborate with scientific and research teams.
• Translate research concepts into scalable, production-oriented AI solutions.
• Take full ownership of delivery with minimal supervision.
