Job summary

Holisticon Connect, a division of NEXER GROUP, seeks an experienced AI Scientist / Principal AI Engineer for drug discovery and life sciences. You will lead end-to-end AI initiatives, building production-ready solutions in R&D environments with independent work and 2–3 hour daily overlap with the team.

The role supports full-time or part-time engagement, with a need to be located in Poland for at least 5 years and a hybrid remote/office setup, including Wroclaw options.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI/ML expertise in real-world environments.
• Experience with agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows.
• Strong background in Graph ML, knowledge graphs, and network biology.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI solutions for Life Sciences and Pharma.
• Contribute to AI-driven drug discovery and early drug development.
• Build and deploy production-ready AI systems, agents, and scientific workflows.
• Apply Graph ML, knowledge graphs, and network biology to biomedical problems.
• Develop AI solutions for molecular modelling, biologics, and small molecule discovery.
• Collaborate with scientific and research teams.
• Translate research concepts into scalable, production-oriented AI solutions.
• Take ownership of delivery with minimal supervision.
