Sii Poland is hiring to develop Salesforce-based applications and AI-powered solutions in Katowice. You will work with Apex, LWC, Flow, and integrations, combining CRM with AI agents and data projects.

The role emphasizes automating business processes, data flows, and stakeholder collaboration within an agile environment. Polish fluency and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

3+ years Salesforce experience including Apex, LWC and Flow.
Experience with API and web services integrations.
Hands-on with automation and AI solutions like chatbots and agents.
Data handling experience with Data Cloud, CDP or data pipelines.
Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to work independently.
Strong English communication (min B2) and Polish fluency.

Responsibilities

Develop applications in Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
Build and configure AI solutions, including agents, logic, and prompts.
Create and develop integrations using API and Mulesoft.
Work with data in AI context, including Data Cloud and RAG.
Design business process automation and improve workflows.
Collaborate with team and stakeholders to define requirements.

Join a project for a client developing solutions based on Salesforce and artificial intelligence. The role combines CRM development with work on AI solutions – including agents, integrations, and data work (e.g., RAG / Data Cloud). We are looking for someone with initial experience in AI solutions who wants to grow in this area within the Salesforce context. The project focuses on automating business processes and implementing AI in practical applications that have a real impact on users' work. Does this sound like you?

Your tasks

Developing applications in Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and Flow
Building and configuring AI solutions, including agents, logic, and prompts
Creating and developing integrations using API and Mulesoft
Working with data in the context of AI, including Data Cloud and RAG
Designing business process automation
Collaborating with the team and stakeholders to define requirements
Participating in testing and optimizing solutions
Developing and maintaining existing systems

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce, including Apex, LWC, and Flow
Experience with integrations, including API and web services
Practical experience working with automation and AI solutions such as chatbots and agents
Knowledge of working with data, including Data Cloud, CDP, or data pipelines
Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to work independently
Very good communication skills in English - minimum B2 level
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certificate
Fluent Polish language skills required
Must be located in Poland

Nice to have

Experience with Data Cloud
Knowledge of RAG or working with contextual data
Previous work with GenAI and prompt engineering
Familiarity with MuleSoft, CI/CD, and Git
Experience working with data security
Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant certificate
