Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a long-term banking project, focusing on implementing new functionalities and maintaining existing Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and integrations.

You will work in a team with architects, admins and analysts to deliver comprehensive solutions, write high-quality code, and optimize performance. Strong English and Polish are required for an international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing Salesforce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Banking/financial sector project experience.
• Apex concepts: triggers, batch classes, Async Apex.
• Experience with LWC, Lightning Aura Components, and LDS.
• SOQL proficiency and relational DB experience (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Teradata).
• REST API integration, messaging queues (RMQ), and system integrations.
• Experience with OpenShift, Elastic, and Zabbix tooling.
• Experience modeling and automating business processes with Salesforce Flow.
• Knowledge of ETL tools and data integration with external systems.
• Fluent English for international collaboration; good Polish.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a long-term project in the banking sector, related to implementing new functionalities and maintaining existing solutions within the corporate CRM. You will work in a team focused on developing and optimizing solutions based on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Your tasks

• Development and maintenance of solutions based on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce ecosystem components)
• Analysis of business and technical requirements and translating them into effective system solutions
• Design and implementation of backend and frontend solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integration technologies
• Creating, developing, and deploying new functionalities according to business requirements and Salesforce platform standards
• Optimizing existing processes, automation, and performance of Salesforce applications
• Ensuring high code quality by applying best programming practices, unit testing, and participating in code reviews
• Collaboration with architects, Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and project teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP API, Platform Events, and middleware
• Participating in designing Salesforce solution architecture and recommending best platform practices

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, especially Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Experience in projects for the banking or financial sector
• Practical knowledge of Apex, including creating triggers, batch classes, and Async Apex solutions
• Previous work in creating user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura Components, and Lightning Data Service (LDS)
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and experience working with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Teradata)
• Experience in designing and implementing integrations using REST API, communication platforms, and message queues (RMQ)
• Familiarity with tools supporting application development and maintenance, such as OpenShift, Elastic, and Zabbix
• Practical experience in modeling and automating business processes using Salesforce Flow
• Knowledge of ETL tools and data integration between Salesforce and external systems
• Communicative English skills enabling work in an international environment
• Good knowledge of Polish

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Java and/or Python
• Possession of Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and/or Salesforce JavaScript Developer certification
