Job summary

Sii is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a long-term banking project. You will implement new functionalities and maintain solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, while collaborating with a cross-functional team.

You will design backend and frontend using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integration technologies, ensuring high code quality through testing and reviews. Fluency in English and Polish is beneficial in this international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing Salesforce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience on banking/financial sector projects.
• Apex development including triggers, batch classes, and Async Apex.
• UI work with LWC, Lightning Aura, and Lightning Data Service.
• SOQL expertise and relational DB experience (Oracle/PostgreSQL/Teradata).
• REST API integration, messaging queues, and platform integrations.
• Familiar with OpenShift, Elastic, Zabbix tools.
• Experience modeling business processes with Salesforce Flow.
• Good English in an international environment; Polish language is a plus.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a long-term project in the banking sector, related to implementing new functionalities and maintaining existing solutions within the corporate CRM. You will work in a team focused on developing and optimizing solutions based on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Your tasks

• Development and maintenance of solutions based on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce ecosystem components)
• Analysis of business and technical requirements and translating them into effective system solutions
• Design and implementation of backend and frontend solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integration technologies
• Creating, developing, and deploying new functionalities according to business requirements and Salesforce platform standards
• Optimizing existing processes, automation, and performance of Salesforce applications
• Ensuring high code quality by applying best programming practices, unit testing, and participating in code reviews
• Collaboration with architects, Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and project teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP API, Platform Events, and middleware
• Participating in designing Salesforce solution architecture and recommending best platform practices

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, especially Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Experience in projects for the banking or financial sector
• Practical knowledge of Apex, including creating triggers, batch classes, and Async Apex solutions
• Previous work in creating user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura Components, and Lightning Data Service (LDS)
• Strong knowledge of SOQL and experience working with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Teradata)
• Experience in designing and implementing integrations using REST API, communication platforms, and message queues (RMQ)
• Familiarity with tools supporting application development and maintenance, such as OpenShift, Elastic, and Zabbix
• Practical experience in modeling and automating business processes using Salesforce Flow
• Knowledge of ETL tools and data integration between Salesforce and external systems
• Communicative English skills enabling work in an international environment
• Good knowledge of Polish

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Java and/or Python
• Possession of Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and/or Salesforce JavaScript Developer certification
