Job summary

Symphony Industrial AI, Inc. is seeking a talented Technical Consultant/Developer to join our team. You will implement and support our AI-powered retail solutions, working closely with clients to optimize their retail operations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in areas such as Oracle databases and Linux/Unix environments, along with fluent communication skills in English and Polish. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with customers and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Technical knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments (including Bash or shell scripting).
• Experience in client support or consulting, preferably in small to medium-sized environments.

Responsibilities

• Consult on the use and operation of software solutions in both Cloud and On-premise environments.
• Collaborate to develop standards and processes for Batch Management, Integration, and Monitoring.
• Analyze and specify client requirements and information support needs.
• Design, document, and implement technical solutions.

Skills

Fluency in English and Polish

Technical knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL

Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
