Job summary

WS Audiology Group is seeking a Senior Architect for Cloud & Infrastructure to shape the future of our global infrastructure, cloud, and hosting platforms. You will translate business priorities into roadmaps, architecture standards, and investment strategies to enable growth, resilience, and AI readiness.

You will lead cloud adoption, define target-state architecture, and partner with Security and EA teams to ensure secure-by-design platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure and cloud with 5+ years in architecture/leadership.
• Proven track record of leading infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation in large organizations.
• Strong hybrid cloud expertise (Azure/AWS/GCP) and datacenter resilience.
• Hands-on IaC experience: Terraform, Bicep, Ansible or similar.
• Security focus: Zero Trust, IAM, and regulatory compliance (NIS2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Observability, monitoring, capacity management and SRE practices.
• Degree in Computer Science or IT; Azure certifications (Architect Expert, Administrator Associate) and ITIL 4 Foundation; TOGAF a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud adoption, workload modernization, automation initiatives and infrastructure lifecycle improvements.
• Define the target-state architecture for cloud, hosting, datacenter and platform services, and review solution designs to ensure alignment with technology standards.
• Design and govern Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Cyber Recovery capabilities, ensuring critical services meet availability, recovery and enterprise risk requirements.
• Partner with Security and Enterprise Architecture teams to implement secure-by-design platforms and compliance controls, and support audits, risk assessments and governance activities.
• Present solutions, technical roadmaps and ROI analyses to stakeholders across Infrastructure, InfoSec and Application owners.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to infrastructure teams.
• Engage with external vendors, evaluate new technologies and support strategic investment decisions.
