Job summary

Simon-Kucher is seeking an AI Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of Generative AI features within our global AI/Data department from our Warsaw office. You will transform AI concepts into tangible product roadmaps that boost productivity for thousands of users, while shaping leadership decisions and ensuring security and compliance in a consulting environment.

This role places you at the forefront of AI innovation in a global consulting environment, where you will transform Generative AI products into daily productivity boosts for over 2000 employees. Your work will directly influence senior leadership decisions and shape concrete roadmaps for the future of AI at Simon-Kucher.

• Manage the end-to-end Technology Demand Intake and Risk Assessment process for new technologies, platforms, tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Assess security, compliance, operational, vendor, and architecture risks; identify mitigation strategies and recommend risk treatment decisions.
• Prepare executive-ready reports and present findings to IT leadership, governance boards, and risk committees.
• Partner with Security, IT, Architecture, Procurement, Legal, Privacy, Audit, and business stakeholders to evaluate and approve technology solutions.
• Ensure new technologies comply with security policies, controls, and integration requirements.
• Maintain risk documentation, exception records, control evidence, and governance reporting while continuously improving intake processes.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, AI, cybersecurity trends, regulatory requirements, and industry control frameworks
• Translate business requirements into security and compliance recommendations that enable timely technology decisions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts through presentations, decision papers, and executive-facing materials.
• Facilitate collaboration across IT architecture, infrastructure, business teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Support vendor assessments, RFPs, technical evaluations, and solution reviews.
• Contribute to cross-functional IT projects by identifying dependencies, risks, and process improvements.
• Work effectively in agile, global project environments with multiple priorities and tight timelines.

How you will create an impact:

• Prioritize, launch, and scale new Agentic AI features of internal AI SaaS products for more than 2,000 users based on impact, effort, and risk.
• Collaborate with and consult stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, recommend enhancements, and drive the adoption of best practices.
• Oversee configuration and maintenance of various software-as-service applications related to GenAI, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve KPIs related to user adoption and system usage.
• Liaise with software vendors for support, updates, and product roadmaps and evaluate new product features based on usability, business impact, costs, and risk.
• Provide advanced technical support to end-users, addressing and resolving application-related issues,
• Set up FinOps reporting for SaaS solutions to keep consumption-based costs of solutions in line with business needs.
• Champion internal adoption through strategic communication campaigns, hackathons, and enablement initiatives and partner with AI Change Champions to drive effective training and change management.

Your profile:

• You hold a university degree and have a background in consulting, professional services or startup environment.
• You bring 2–5+ years of experience in managing software solutions, with a focus on Analytics, SaaS or AI-based solutions.
• You are skilled at translating technical AI concepts into measurable business impact for diverse, non-technical audiences.
• You ideally have hands-on experience with ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
• You are familiar with compliance and regulatory requirements related to AI and data privacy.
• You possess strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.
• You have experience with SaaS enterprise software solutions and cloud technologies.
• You are highly proficient in both spoken and written English, with a fluency level of C1 or above; German language skills is a plus.
• You are able to work from our Warsaw office at least once per week.
