Job summary

Seargin Ltd is seeking an experienced AI Delivery Manager to orchestrate end-to-end AI programs across international teams in Poland. You will govern MLOps, establish CI/CD for AI/GenAI workloads, drive production readiness, and optimize scalability and performance of AI platforms while ensuring governance and delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Proven AI delivery experience across complex environments.
• Strong understanding of MLOps, LLMOps and production AI requirements.
• Hands-on CI/CD, deployment pipelines and release management for AI/ML/genAI.
• Experience running production AI environments focusing on reliability and performance.
• Solid knowledge of AI governance frameworks and delivery standards.
• Experience coordinating international teams across multiple functions.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs and business value.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle of AI products across multiple teams from planning to production.
• Establish and govern CI/CD processes for AI, MLOps, and GenAI workloads.
• Drive production readiness and ensure reliable deployment and availability of AI solutions.
• Lead initiatives to improve scalability, performance and efficiency of AI platforms.
• Implement monitoring and operational practices to improve reliability and service quality.
• Define and track delivery KPIs and business outcomes.
• Coordinate stakeholders across engineering, security, compliance, data and business teams.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, release planning and governance for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Drive AI governance, standards and adherence to best practices across delivery.
