Sii Poland is seeking engineers to build AI systems that run outside notebooks, turning architectures into production services with reliability, observability, and cost efficiency.

You will write Python, wire up cloud infrastructure, and tackle data quality, latency, evaluation, and deployment challenges across Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Competenze

• 4+ years in software or ML engineering, with hands-on experience shipping AI/ML systems to production.
• Strong Python skills for production services, not just scripts.
• Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalents.
• Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval systems.
• Familiarity with MLOps: versioning, experiment tracking, CI/CD, monitoring.
• Autonomous work style with strong collaboration with architects and data engineers.
• Fluent English and Polish; residing in Poland.

Mansioni

• Build and deploy knowledge-grounded AI systems end-to-end: data ingestion, chunking, embedding pipelines, retrieval logic, re-ranking, and response generation.
• Develop agentic applications — tool integrations, planning loops, memory management, guardrails.
• Implement and maintain ML pipelines for production use cases: prediction, classification, recommendation, and optimization.
• Deploy and optimize model serving infrastructure: API endpoints, batching, caching, GPU utilization, cost management across clouds.
• Write clean, tested Python code for production services.
• Build evaluation and monitoring pipelines: automated quality checks, drift detection, latency tracking, and human-in-the-loop feedback loops.
• Collaborate with AI Architects and data engineers on design and data availability.
