Job summary

Sii Poland seeks engineers to turn AI architectures into production services that are reliable, observable, and cost-efficient. You will write Python, wire cloud infrastructure, and tackle data quality, latency, evaluation, and deployment in real production systems.

You’ll build knowledge-grounded AI systems, integrate LLMs, train and deploy ML models, and run in production on Azure, AWS, or GCP. Fluency in English and Polish is required, and residency in Poland is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years shipping AI/ML systems to production.
• Strong Python; production-grade code and testing.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of one cloud platform and AI/ML services.
• In-depth understanding of ML pipelines and MLOps basics.
• Fluent English and Polish; Poland residency.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy knowledge-grounded AI systems end-to-end.
• Integrate LLMs into applications and maintain production services.
• Develop ML pipelines for prediction, classification, and recommendations.
• Deploy model serving infra with API endpoints, batching, and caching.
• Write clean, tested Python code for production.
• Create evaluation and monitoring pipelines with drift checks.
• Collaborate with AI Architects and data engineers on data quality.
• Work with Azure, AWS or GCP to implement scalable solutions.
