Lingaro is seeking a Data & AI Presales Leader to drive solutioning for strategic opportunities across Data, Analytics, AI and GenAI. You will translate business problems into scalable technology and lead architecture discussions with customers.
You will support qualification workshops, lead RFP/RFI responses, mentor delivery teams, and collaborate with sales to grow accounts. Fluent English required; cloud platforms experience essential.

Lead Data, Analytics, AI and GenAI solutioning activities for strategic sales opportunities.
Support opportunity qualification and discovery workshops with customers.
Translate business problems into scalable technology and delivery solutions.
Lead technical responses for RFPs, RFIs.
Collaborate with sales teams in developing account growth strategies and opportunity pursuits.
Represent Lingaro during customer workshops, executive presentations, architecture reviews and due diligence sessions.
Coordinate contributions from SMEs, architects, engineers and consultants into a coherent customer solution.
Design end-to-end AI architectures for AI/ML, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
Define technology choices, delivery approaches, operating models and implementation roadmaps.
Evaluate business requirements, technical constraints and investment priorities.
Provide architecture leadership across Azure, GCP, Databricks and open-source ecosystems.
Help customers identify and prioritize high-value AI and Analytics use cases.
Advise customers on transformation opportunities in:
Translate business KPIs into measurable Data & AI initiatives.
Participate in strategic customer projects as Solution Architect, AI Advisor or Technical Lead.
Support project teams during discovery, architecture design and critical delivery phases.
Mentor delivery teams on architecture best practices and emerging technologies.
Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, demos and reference architectures.
Support development of Lingaro's Data & AI offerings and value propositions.
Build thought leadership content and customer success stories.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies.
8+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, AI, software consulting, solution architecture or technical presales.
Strong presales experience in Data & AI services organizations.
Proven track record supporting complex sales opportunities and winning consulting or technology engagements.
Experience leading technical workstreams during RFP, RFI and proposal processes.
Strong solution architecture skills and ability to design large-scale enterprise solutions.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform:
Practical experience with Databricks or modern data platform technologies.
Understanding of modern AI landscape including:
Ability to connect business requirements with technical implementation approaches.
Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation and storytelling skills.
Fluent English (C1).
Experience in CPG, Retail, Manufacturing or Supply Chain industries.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, dbt, MLflow or similar technologies.
Experience building AI transformation roadmaps.
Experience working with global enterprise customers.
Public speaking, thought leadership or conference presentation experience.
Experience leading advisory engagements related to AI adoption, architecture, governance or transformation.
