Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Salesforce and AI-focused engineer to join a project for automating business processes and delivering practical AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will develop in Apex, LWC, and Flow, build integrations with APIs and Mulesoft, and work with Data Cloud and RAG-enabled data handling.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, participate in testing, and contribute to transforming client operations with AI-powered CRM enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience including Apex, LWC and Flow.
• Experience with integrations and web services (APIs).
• Practical experience with AI solutions such as chatbots and agents.
• Knowledge of Data Cloud, CDP, or data pipelines.
• Agile methodologies and ability to work independently.
• Excellent English communication (B2).
• Polish language fluency is required.
• Salesforce certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce apps using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• Build and configure AI solutions including agents, logic and prompts.
• Create/integrate systems using APIs and MuleSoft.
• Work with Data Cloud and RAG data handling.
• Design business process automation.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Participate in testing and optimize solutions.
• Develop and maintain existing systems.
