Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Salesforce/AI specialist to develop applications using Apex, LWC, and Flow within a dynamic AI-enabled environment.

You will build AI-enabled solutions, integrate via APIs and MuleSoft, and manage data aspects including Data Cloud and RAG while aligning with agile processes and high-quality delivery. Fluency in English and Polish is required, and the role is based in Poland.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Salesforce experience with Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• Experience with integrations via APIs and web services.
• Practical experience working with automation and AI solutions such as chatbots and agents.
• Knowledge of Data Cloud, CDP, or data pipelines.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to work independently.
• Very good communication skills in English – minimum B2 level.
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certificate.
• Fluent Polish language skills required.
• Must be located in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Development of applications in Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• Building and configuring AI solutions, including agents, logic, and prompts.
• Creating and developing integrations using APIs and Mulesoft.
• Working with data in the context of AI, including Data Cloud and RAG.
• Designing business process automation.
• Collaborating with the team and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Participating in testing and optimizing solutions.
• Developing and maintaining existing systems.
