Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Salesforce developer to join a project delivering CRM and AI-driven solutions. You will design and implement Apex, LWC and Flow, build AI agents and prompts, and integrate systems using APIs and Mulesoft. Focus areas include Data Cloud, RAG and data pipelines, with an emphasis on automation and business impact.

The role requires strong English communication, 3+ years in Salesforce, and Polish fluency. Agile methodology and independent work style are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience including Apex, LWC and Flow.
• Experience with integrations, APIs and web services.
• Practical experience with automation and AI solutions such as chatbots and agents.
• Data handling experience including Data Cloud, CDP or data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce apps using Apex, LWC and Flow.
• Build AI solutions, including agents, logic and prompts.
• Create integrations using APIs and Mulesoft.
• Work with Data Cloud and RAG in AI contexts.
• Design and automate business processes.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and test/optimize solutions.
• Develop and maintain existing systems.
