Job summary
Vazco is seeking a QA Engineer who will own quality across the full development lifecycle and push AI-enabled testing practices. You will embed AI tools into requirements, design, automation, and reporting, delivering faster and smarter QA across web and mobile projects.
You will collaborate with developers, designers, and clients, contributing to product decisions, UX improvements, and overall engineering quality while communicating in English and Polish.
Qualifications
- Experience with test automation tools such as TypeScript and Playwright.
- Hands-on experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.
- Active use of AI tools in QA work and concrete examples of speed improvements.
- Ability to introduce AI-driven improvements into QA workflows and share outcomes with the team.
- Confidence in communicating in English and Polish with clients.
Responsibilities
- Taking full ownership of QA processes from planning to improvement.
- Developing AI-supported practices across QA (test data, generation, reporting, automation) to speed delivery.
- Analyzing requirements early to identify gaps, risks, ambiguities.
- Designing and maintaining automated test suites (E2E, regression, integration).
- Testing features across web and mobile platforms at all development stages.
- Participating in Scrum ceremonies and collaborating with team and clients.
- Identifying UX issues and quality risks, proposing process improvements.
- Sharing knowledge on effective AI use in QA and promoting adoption.
