Job summary

Playbook Engineering is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our Kraków team. You will drive automated testing, contribute to QA standards, and enhance test automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration across delivery teams.

Responsibilities include writing and maintaining Playwright scripts, reviewing documentation, creating test plans, and performing exploratory testing to pre-empt issues before release. Strong Polish/English communication and Agile experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA with automated testing and CI/CD experience.
• Experience writing and maintaining extensive test cases.
• Strong experience in Playwright and web technologies.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and API testing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain test automation scripts in Playwright.
• Advocate for high-quality testing standards and process improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, delivery managers, and support teams to clarify requirements.
• Review documentation and create detailed test cases and test plans.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify issues before release.
• Utilize and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Coordinate testing schedules and priorities across teams.
• Operate independently with initiative and sound judgment.
