Playbook Engineering in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to strengthen our quality assurance processes. You will write and maintain Playwright automation, review requirements, and help shape testing standards across delivery teams.

You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and support teams, drive API testing and CI/CD integration, and mentor others while maintaining high-quality test coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with automated testing, web tech, and CI/CD.
• Experience writing and maintaining extensive test cases.
• Strong experience in writing test automation scripts, ideally Playwright.
• Experience with CI (GitLab, etc.).
• Experience in API testing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain test automation scripts in Playwright.
• Follow and advocate for high-quality testing standards and continuous improvement.
• Work with developers, product delivery managers, and support teams to understand requirements and provide QA expertise.
• Review documentation and create detailed test cases and plans.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify issues before release.
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Coordinate testing schedules and priorities with internal teams.
• Operate independently with limited supervision.
