Tango is seeking a data/AI enthusiast to build and improve internal AI tooling and agents, connected to our data warehouse and tools. You will develop AI solutions that answer business questions using company data and explore cutting-edge AI tech such as RAG and vector databases.

The role collaborates with analysts and engineers, focusing on data modeling, quality, and AI readiness while continuously monitoring performance and reliability. A proactive learner mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and ability to work independently with data.
• Good understanding of data structures, relationships, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve internal AI agent tooling, including reusable skills, agents, and deployment processes.
• Support the development of LLM-based AI agents connected to our data warehouse and internal tools.
• Build and maintain AI solutions that provide accurate answers to business questions based on company data.
• Explore AI technologies such as RAG, vector databases, and alternative LLM solutions.
• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and business teams to improve data modeling, quality, and AI readiness.
• Troubleshoot integrations and ensure the reliability and accuracy of AI-powered tools.
• Monitor performance and continuously improve solutions based on real-world usage.
