Job summary

The Codest is seeking a goal-driven B2B marketing professional to advance our AI-powered marketing initiatives in a fast-growing tech environment in Warsaw. You will translate GTM and ICP into concrete activities, leverage AI and automation to scale content, and assess performance with a data-driven mindset to deliver measurable growth.

You will collaborate across organic, paid, social, PR and events, while continuously learning in a dynamic AI marketing landscape to drive enterprise engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial IT marketing experience.
• Understanding of how B2B marketing works for enterprise clients, including ICP and GTM strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and data focus in marketing.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and marketing automation.
• Experience with content marketing to support lead generation and business development.
• Experience working with international markets is a strong advantage, particularly in B2B or enterprise marketing.
• Ability to work independently, experiment with new tools and approaches, and continuously learn as AI marketing evolves.
• Advanced English in speaking and writing (majority of clients are outside Poland).

Responsibilities

• Turn GTM strategy and ICP into concrete marketing activities.
• Use AI tools and automation to plan, create, personalise and scale marketing content across channels.
• Analyse marketing performance using quantitative and qualitative data to drive business results.
• Support B2B marketing across organic, paid, social, PR, events and other relevant channels.
• Continuously test and optimise marketing activities based on performance data and audience insights.
• Work with internal AI-powered marketing system and refine usage as marketing needs evolve.
