Reap is seeking an Engineering Manager, AI to lead the production-grade AI platform across the organization. You will own MCP servers, agentic workflows, and internal AI infrastructure, guiding architecture and governance.

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership.
• Demonstrated experience designing, deploying, and driving adoption of AI in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI production capability across Reap; own AI platform layer (MCP servers, agentic workflows, internal AI infra).
• Set technical direction; participate in design reviews across Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Support.
• Define data layer security, access controls, and roadmap for agentic data interfaces.
