Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the delivery teams behind Neo, the Group-wide AI platform. You will manage engineers building and operating Neo’s AI capabilities, ensuring high-quality delivery and smooth collaboration across cloud, data, product, and change teams.

You will translate business needs into scalable platform features while guiding teams through rapid AI evolution, with strong emphasis on MLOps, scalability, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science/engineering or related field.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in AI/ML, platform, or cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, MLOps workflows, and model operationalization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery teams behind Neo, Capgemini's AI platform.
• Manage engineers, ensure high-quality delivery and collaboration across cloud, data, product and change teams.
