Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Platform Engineering Manager - Neo to lead and scale the enterprise AI platform for the Group IT. You will guide the Neo engineering team, drive scalable solutions, and partner with product, cloud, data, and change stakeholders to deliver high-quality AI capabilities.

The role requires hands-on cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and a strong Python background, with a focus on reliability and performance across Capgemini’s global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience leading platform/ cloud engineering, DevOps, SRE, or AI platform teams in large enterprises.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, MLOps, and model deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Neo engineering team to foster technical excellence.
• Oversee design, development, and evolution of Neo's AI platform components.
• Drive platform reliability, scalability, and performance with cloud teams.
• Establish best practices for MLOps, deployment, and platform operations.
• Partner with product, data, cloud, and change teams to align initiatives with business priorities.
• Ensure engineering governance, quality standards, and architectural adherence.
• Support roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Foster collaboration and innovation to accelerate Neo's growth and adoption.
