Job summary

ELEKS in Krakow, Poland is seeking a Solution Architect to join a new AI-Native Delivery Pod. You will lead end-to-end architecture efforts, shape proposals with pre-sales, and drive proof-of-concept work in collaboration with a cross-functional team.

You will work hands-on on AI-driven development, define technical direction, and present solutions to clients and executives, balancing business value with technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development with leadership or ownership.
• Experience with multiple tech stacks and ability to switch as needed.
• Hands-on AI-Native software engineering experience across SDLC.
• Organized, self-driven with ability to guide a small cross-functional team.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong communication.
• Ability to explain technical solutions to customers and executives in business terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery for AI-Native opportunities with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with pre-sales and business development to shape proposals and run solution workshops.
• Work hands-on with the team on proofs-of-concept, prototypes, and internal innovation initiatives.
• Design end-to-end AI-Native solution architectures and select technologies and delivery models.
• Set technical direction, standards, and collaboration practices for the pod.
• Learn and reuse ELEKS frameworks and contribute valuable approaches to engagements.
