Job summary

Diligent is seeking a Product Engineer/Builder in Kraków to own problems end to end, combining product sense with deep engineering craft. You will guide AI agents, shape approaches, and ship working software that delivers customer value.

This is a Staff/Principal level individual contributor role. You’ll lead architecture decisions, reuse proven components, and set patterns for AI-native development while maintaining security and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping production-grade software with measurable customer impact.
• Strong full-stack fundamentals and architectural judgment.
• Proven ability to design, build, and ship end-to-end solutions using AI agents.
• Excellent communication with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own problems from brief to shipped product, partnering with customers to define scope.
• Direct several AI agents in parallel and ensure reliable, policy-compliant outputs.
• Set patterns, evaluate AI outputs, and mentor engineers across teams.
