Job summary

Meant4 Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw (Poland) is seeking an AI native Full Stack Developer to join our international team in Warsaw or work remotely.

You will move across Go/Python services and React/Vue/TypeScript interfaces on Google Cloud, delivering AI-driven products where agents and LLMs are core architecture. We offer exposure to modern technologies, company-funded AI tooling, home office or company office, and an international team with worldwide clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science is required.
• At least 5 years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong backend skills in Go or willingness to move to Go from another statically typed language.
• Solid frontend skills with React/Vue and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs – prompt design, tool calls, retrieval on real client data.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable full stack products with Go on the backend and React/Vue/TypeScript on the frontend.
• Design and ship agentic features: LLM-backed workflows, tool-using agents and retrieval on client data.
• Take AI prototypes to production with evaluation, guardrails, cost and latency considerations.
• Work with technologies like Go, gRPC, Protocol Buffers, React/Vue/TypeScript, Vertex AI and Google Cloud.
• Create services that are test-driven with API-first design.
• Leverage coding agents to improve the team's capabilities.
• Own projects and contribute new ideas.

We are looking for an AI native Full Stack Developer to join our team in Warsaw or work remotely. AI native describes how you work as much as what you build: coding agents and LLMs are part of your daily toolkit, and the products you ship treat AI as core architecture rather than a feature bolted on at the end. You'll move across Go / Python services and React / VueJS / TypeScript interfaces on Google Cloud, alongside an international team delivering for clients worldwide.

About You:

• You'll build scalable full stack products – Go services on the backend, React/Vue and TypeScript on the front
• You'll design and ship agentic features: LLM-backed workflows, tool-using agents and retrieval over real client data
• You'll take AI prototypes all the way to production, with evaluation, guardrails, cost and latency under control
• You'll work with neat technologies: Go, gRPC, Protocol Buffers, React/Vue/TypeScript, Vertex AI and Google Cloud

What you bring with you:

• A Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science – this one is a hard minimum
• At least 5 years of commercial software development experience
• Strong backend skills in Go, or the appetite to move to it from another statically typed language
• Solid frontend skills with React/Vue and TypeScript
• Real computer science fundamentals: you read, review, debug and take full responsibility for every line an agent writes for you
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs – prompt design, tool and function calling, RAG or agent frameworks
• Comfort with cloud infrastructure, ideally Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI)
• Written and spoken English
• Curiosity and passion – this field moves weekly and you enjoy that
