Job summary

Vecten is seeking an AI-Native Engineer (Full-Stack / Agentic AI Engineer) to join a remote/hybrid team in Warsaw. You will own delivery end-to-end, building AI-powered infrastructure and client-ready applications across data platforms and AI tooling.

You’ll work directly with leadership and client stakeholders to design production-grade AI systems, guardrails, observability, and scalable architectures that deliver real value in private capital and healthcare domains.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Proven hands-on experience shipping production AI/LLM systems used by real users.
• Must-have: Advanced proficiency in an AI-native coding workflow.
• Experience with AI/LLM tooling and production-grade data pipelines.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered infrastructure for VC/PE clients.
• Develop full-stack AI applications with Python/FastAPI and React.
• Own data pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) underpinning AI features.
• Engage with clients to translate business needs into AI-first technical proposals.
• Define guardrails, observability, and testing for AI systems.
