Square One Resources is seeking an AI engineer to join a central AI team focused on building modern Generative AI solutions for construction software products. You will contribute to prototyping and production-grade AI systems, establishing engineering standards and best practices, and advancing AI-native software development and automation.

The role offers a fully remote engagement (B2B, full-time) with a rate up to 120 PLN/h net + VAT, start ASAP.

• You will join a central AI team developing modern Generative AI solutions for construction software products. The project focuses on building scalable, reusable AI capabilities, including LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, tool use, orchestration, and evaluation frameworks.
• You will work on both prototyping and production-grade AI systems, help establish engineering standards and best practices, and contribute to AI-native software development and automation.
