Job summary

Jobtailor in Katowice invites an experienced AI governance professional to support risk, compliance and data governance programs across the enterprise. You will help classify EU AI Act risk, map controls and collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Data Science and IT teams.

Requirements include 3–5 years in AI governance or related roles, a university degree, English at B2+ and another language, plus certifications such as AIGP or ISO 42001.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in risk, compliance, data governance, IT audit or AI governance roles.
• University degree in CS, DS, Law, Risk Management or related field.
• English working proficiency (B2+) and one additional language (French, Spanish, German, Dutch or Italian).
• Experience in AI governance, model risk, data governance, regulatory compliance, or audits with emerging tech.
• Understanding of EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO 42001 or related frameworks.
• Certification: AIGP or ISO 42001.
• Background in data governance, IT risk, compliance, audit or digital ethics.
• Experience in industries like financial services, healthcare, public sector, manufacturing, tech.
