Job summary

EY seeks an AI Risk & Governance Supervising Associate for Europe West, based in Katowice with a hybrid work pattern. You will translate global AI policies into region-specific guidance and support governance across EY AI solutions.

You will collaborate with Global Risk Management, Europe West Technology and GCO/DPO to ensure compliant risk controls, documentation and escalation, driving practical adoption of EY's Responsible AI principles.

Qualifications

• Understanding of AI concepts and risk areas, including bias and privacy.
• Familiarity with EY AI governance frameworks and EU AI Act.
• Background in risk management, technology compliance or controls.
• Ability to translate governance topics into practical next steps.
• Strong PMO skills for tracking actions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• AI governance policy implementation across Europe West.
• Translate governance requirements into practical guidance and playbooks.
• Develop Europe West AI governance content and materials.
• Document governance roles, escalation paths and evidence.
• Identify AI-related risks and document them.
• Assist with implementing AI risk controls and mitigations.
• Coordinate with Global Risk Management and regional stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance and AI governance submissions.
• Provide stakeholder advisory support and training materials.
