Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an AI Risk & Governance Supervising Associate to operationalize governance across Europe West. You will translate global AI policies into practical guidance and support risk-based governance across regions.

Collaboration with Global Risk Management, Europe West Technology and other stakeholders will be essential to ensure consistent, compliant AI governance and timely escalation of risks.

Qualifications

• Understanding of AI concepts and risk areas including bias, explainability and privacy.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and regulatory expectations such as the EU AI Act.
• Background in risk management, technology compliance or information security.
• Ability to apply risk/control concepts, track issues and escalate when needed.
• Strong PMO skills: tracking actions, stakeholders and status reporting.
• Ability to translate complex governance topics into actionable steps.
• Excellent communication for both business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout of EY AI governance policies across Europe West with regulatory alignment.
• Translate governance requirements into practical guidance, playbooks and templates.
• Develop Europe West AI governance content and decision-support tools.
• Document AI governance roles, escalation paths and evidence requirements.
• Identify AI risks and assist with controls and mitigation activities.
• Coordinate with global/regional teams to ensure alignment and adoption.
• Prepare updates on risks, trends and remediation progress for leadership.
