Fairmarkit, the AI-powered procurement platform, is hiring for a founding-level role to architect AI agentic systems and lead full stack development from backend to frontend. You will shape the product vision with co-founders and early customers, delivering AI-native experiences with rapid prototyping and strong product sensibility.

You should be deeply engaged in AI, shipping, and experimentation, able to move fast while maintaining quality.

Qualifikationen

• Hands on experience building and deploying LLM powered applications or agentic systems.
• Strong full stack engineering fundamentals across modern JS/TS, Python, REST/GraphQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent.
• Strong product and design sensibility with ability to contribute to UX decisions without a dedicated designer.
• Founder mentality: think about product, users, and business outcomes, not just tasks.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building in zero-to-one environments where you create the playbook.

• Architect and build AI agentic systems from the ground up for new commerce paradigms.
• Own end-to-end full stack development from infrastructure to interface with AI-first thinking.
• Design and build intuitive AI-native user experiences, not just backend logic.
• Prototype quickly and iterate with co-founders and early customers.
• Partner with industry leaders moving fast and set high standards.
• Define technical foundation, stack choices, and engineering culture for a scaling team.
• Operate daily with leadership, high visibility, ownership, and impact.
